Computer workstation - A/V control room rack system console drawing shown below will double as an entertainment center and plasma monitor stand. The entire project can be made from two sheets of 3/4" plywood or particle board.

The counter top can be made from 3/4" plywood or particle board, laminated together to make the 1.5" thickness.

The base shelf units can be stock 12" bookshelves or can also be made out of 3/4" plywood. The bookcase must have cross bracing in the way of a securely screwed 1/4" plywood backing. The counter top must be screwed down to the base bookcase units to avoid collapse.
